CoRe²-2

CoRe2 aims to open new avenues for upgrading end-of-life waste containing step-growth polymers, such as polyesters, polyamides or polycarbonates. Either they are pure or - in this project phase - they occur as blends, for example in textiles. The waste fractions are upgraded, either into new value-added building blocks, such as diamines; or into high-performance polymers, such as thermoplastic co-polyesters or polyphthalamides.
